Buy & Sell
FSBO/FSBR - self-managed process of property listing for property leasing or sale in a few steps - for Individual Owners & Realtors (Agents & Agencies).
- Register your Membership by clicking on the icon in the top right corner or follow the next step.
- Select the Package Option below and register after redirecting to the Register/Login page.
- After registering for Membership and selecting the Package Option, complete your bank transfer.
- As soon as the payment is received by APraedium, you will receive a payment confirmation. Right after you can List your property for sale – see the instructions below.
- Sign the contract and contractual commission with APraedium – only for sell/buy transactions – i.e. a seller commission based on final contract and value upon registering at Register Office or the latest value promoted on-line.
- Close the deal and arrange by yourself for agreement with a tenant.
- Communicate with APraedium the final deal and its value based on the contract filed with Cadastral Office or the latest value promoted on-line.
- Provide commision bank transfer upon agreement with APraedium.
- Extra charges or extended commission applies if additional services required (see the next).
Lease & Rent

- Select the Package Option below and register after redirecting to the Register/Login page.
- After registering for Membership and selecting the Package Option complete your bank transfer.
- Pay or the PLP option chosen to Login.
- List your property to promote property leasing – see the instructions below.
- Close the deal and arrange by yourself for agreement with tenant.
- No extra charges apply unless additional services required (see the next).

How to List Your Property
Property Listing
Select your price plan and proceed by clicking on “Get Started” botton below.
After redirecting either proceed with Login if you already have an account or fill in the table to register.
Once proceeding with Login or completing the registration, select the Membership option on the Board Panel.
Choose your Price Plan and complete the payment.
After having completed the payment, go to Listing option, fill in the Property Listing Form and submit all property details by clicking the Submit button once completed.
As soon as all details got added and the Property Listing Form submitted, APraedium will run a pre-publishing technical, administrative checks and corrections within 1 – 24 hours.*/**/***
Payments Administration
If payment received meanwhile, APraedium approves the submission and the property ad goes live.
Supporting the above part of the publishing process, APraedium will send a commercial agreement with terms, conditions and payments due to the client.
A scan of a signed agreement needs to be emailed to APraedium within 24-hours after the property ad went viral and 2 signed print-offs of the agreement need to be sent by mail to the agency.
APraedium signs the documents and one copy of the contract will be returned to the client.
* Please note that it is recommended to add photos at maximum size of 500×500 | ……….px´s.
** It is also essential to present on clean, tidy and orderly organized rooms or properly set surrounding of the property offered and photographed to ensure attractiveness of the estate for a potential client.
*** Besides, it is highly recommended to hide personal valuables, clothing, accessories and other objects of personal use. Presenting interiors of a property in the most formal and neutral way may be an advantage contrary to furniture covered with linen or made-up beds.
